Interim Organic Social Management & launch of Paid Social. Driving incremental sessions and revenue.

~ Organic Social was a 3-month project

~ Implemented changes to the creative strategy: creating content that drives follower engagement, producing shareable graphic-led content and adapting reel placements

~ Instagram reach increased +150%, followers grew +85%, and link clicks +100%

~ Paid Social was launched as a new channel with a full-funnel approach

~ Asset creation, adapting creative into social-first content

~ The initial 3-month performance generated: sessions +79%, revenue +79%, orders 111% and new customers +87%

~ Over 50 content creators were sourced, covering different hair types

~ Maximising performance resulted in highest ever revenue month during Q4

~ 49% YoY Revenue growth, managing to sustain double digit growth each month afterwards

Overview:

~ Reviewing Google Search Data & utilising Keyword Planner‍ Pistachio hot drinks were identified as an opportunity

~ New creative implemented, supporting on-site sales & driving PMax Pistachio Hot Chocolate SKU purchases

~ Driving 64% total purchases within ad set (Meta specifically)

~ Overall 52% higher ROAS than campaign avg.

~ 117% higher CTR, highlighting stronger engagement

~ 49% lower CPCs achieved

~ Restructured Meta account to improve the brand’s LTV, by utilising 1st party data

~ Increased database growth by overhauling the sign-up process for first -time purchasers

~ Improved Klaviyo OR from 34% to avg. 72% (+112% growth) by correct database segmentation

~ Sold out of Nail products, achieving 47% higher CTR and a ROAS double that of lower margin core products
